A 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization Serving Greater Phoenix & Canyon Corridor

Greetings & Thank you

It is our distinct pleasure to welcome you to Rehoboth Community Development Corporation.

Rehoboth serves the local community of Canyon Corridor and people within Maricopa County. Canyon Corridor consists of a diverse economic and cultural demographic. With over 4,000 international residents, including 52 languages, we truly are the Cultural District of Phoenix.

We believe in celebrating the cultural diversity of Phoenix and the Canyon Corridor community.

With 19+ years of work in championing social and economic justice, our largest asset is our residents and stakeholders.

The pursuit of happiness is abundant in our community as families put forth effort toward their idea of the American dream. Some pursue this dream through one or more avenues, such as higher education, homeownership, and entrepreneurial business ventures.

The power of collaboration and collectivism is our community hallmark. We achieve more as we partner with each other in achieving dreams and possibilities.

As you journey with us through our website, we are confident that you will be able to find a place to share your time, talent, or treasure.

"We are stronger together."

Rehoboth CDC Closes on First Infill Lot, future of Harmony 35

On March 5, 2025, Rehoboth Community Development Corporation reached a historic milestone—closing on our first infill lot, the future home of Harmony 35.

Located in Phoenix’s Canyon Corridor, Harmony 35 will feature eight thoughtfully designed, affordable townhomes created for working families. This 0.6-acre site at Dunlap & 35th Avenue represents more than development—it represents opportunity for the “missing middle,” households earning 80–125% of AMI who are often priced out of both subsidized housing and the traditional market.

For nearly 20 years, Rehoboth CDC has been committed to strengthening communities through affordable housing and homeownership initiatives. Harmony 35 marks a new chapter: a community-centered, for-sale development focused on creating access, stability, and long-term generational impact.

Renderings are on the way. Construction is ahead. And soon, eight families will have a place to call home.

Stories of the lives of those who have felt our impact
