About the facilitator: Concepcion Henderson Concepcion is an Assistant Vice President for Metro Phoenix Bank, where she is currently an SBA Loan Officer/Portfolio Manager. She is responsible for management of an existing loan portfolio, establishing new loan relationships, and underwriting of credits. She is a seasoned small business lender with over 20 years in the banking industry. Her roles have included portfolio management, commercial lending, compliance, and risk and credit analysis. Concepcion has focused on Community Banking and delivering Small Business Administration (SBA) lending products to businesses in growth and expansion stages for 18 years. Her SBA expertise spans across all facets of the lending cycle, from origination to liquidation.
