The 1.5-hour webinar provides an overview of record keeping and is designed to help participants to understand how record keeping can benefit their business. About the trainers: Christian Romero is Chase’s Community Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. As a local ambassador for Chase, he builds and nurtures relationships with key community leaders, nonprofit partners and small businesses at the neighborhood level. Christian hosts financial health workshops, facilitates non-profit partnerships and offers community programming. By supporting Black and Hispanic and Latino communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing, his goal is to help close the racial wealth gap. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Christian has held several positions at Chase. Most recently, he was a Branch Manager for multiple sites. Christian is an active member of several Chase business resource groups including Adelante, PRIDE, BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership Development) and Women on the Move. He is focused on making JPMorgan Chase the workplace and brand of choice for employees and customers. Christian lives in Goodyear with his wife, daughter and mother. He enjoys spending time with his family, bible study and traveling. He is passionate about helping others and supports different shelters in Phoenix and California through donations and volunteerism. Ashley Kelly is a Chase Senior Business Consultant in metro Phoenix. Within her line of business, she is focused on supporting minority-, women- and veteran-owned businesses. Her mission is to establish a community of support designed to address the challenges that small businesses face: lack of access to information, procurement opportunities and capital. In addition to a mentorship program, Ashley provides an educational curriculum to small businesses centered around improving their business model, managing cash flow and preparation for access to capital. This is a free service with no banking requirements. Through this work, Ashley is helping to advance racial equity by providing underserved small businesses in the Phoenix community with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing. Ashley has more than 17 years of banking experience and spent most of that time working with business owners to create opportunities for their companies. Most recently, Ashley was a Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at PNC Bank.
