Blanca Arredondo oversees the programs at Rehoboth CDC. Through collaboration, her goal is to provide quality programming that brings value to individuals and families

Maya has over six years of housing experience, with a current focus on affordable housing development and homebuyer education and preparedness. Maya is also a local realtor licensed in Arizona; and holds an MBA with an Emphasis in Project Management from Grand Canyon University. She is passionate about stabilizing neighborhoods, developing affordable housing, and helping families and individuals achieve generational wealth through ownership. 

I’m Denise Stanfield, I currently serve as the Program Coordinator with the Crowd 2 Home program with the Rehoboth CDC. My role consists of determining client (customer) eligibility for rental and mortgage assistance, utility assistance, and home support services to individuals who reside within Maricopa county. I interview and complete assessments with our population and interface with property managers, landlord’s, and mortgage companies. Our program launched on April 3, 2023  and our program goal is to serve one hundred families from April 3, 2023 to December 2024.   

My name is Zoila, I work with the Crowd 2 Home Program at Rehoboth CDC, we provide financial assistance for rent, utilities and any other household needs. I triage the calls, contact potential clients, schedule appointments and assist the program coordinator in anything else she may need.
